Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup arugula (base)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (red & yellow), halved
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
Preparation
