Ingredients

Base:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups filtered water (Club WaterSystems)

Plant protein:

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas

Vegetables:

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • Mixed greens (lettuce blend)
  • 1/2 grated carrot

Dressing (optional):

  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Quinoa in Classica® Low Pot

  1. Rinse quinoa. Wash thoroughly with filtered water.
  2. Cook precisely. Add quinoa and water to your Classica® pot.
  3. Control heat. Cook with valve open until temp tone sounds. Then lower heat, close valve, and finish cooking.
  4. Fluff. Let rest and fluff with a fork.

 Chickpeas in Classica® Skillet

  1. Rinse chickpeas. Use filtered water.
  2. Sauté lightly. Cook in olive oil until golden.

 Fresh vegetables

  1. Wash everything. Always use Club WaterSystems filtered water.
  2. Intentional cuts:
    • Cucumber sliced lengthwise (thin and elegant)
    • Avocado sliced
    • Grated carrot
    • Fresh greens

Assemble your bowl
