Pumpkin Cream Soup in the Classica® Pot with Croutons or Seeds: Smooth & Nourishing

Pumpkin Cream Soup in the Classica® Pot with Croutons or Seeds: Smooth & Nourishing

Ingredients

Some recipes feel like comfort in a bowl… and this pumpkin cream soup is exactly that. Smooth, naturally sweet, and warming, it’s perfect for any time you want something nourishing and simple.

Made in the Classica® pot, this recipe highlights how a few ingredients — pumpkin, garlic, and onion — can turn into something truly satisfying. Finish it with croutons or sunflower seeds for that perfect texture contrast.

Classica® Tip: Always wash your vegetables using filtered water from the Club WaterSystems for cleaner, better-tasting cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin, cubed

  • 1/4 white onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 carrot (optional)

  • 2 cups filtered water (Club WaterSystems)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Croutons or sunflower seeds (for topping)

  • A drizzle of olive oil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash and prep. Clean all vegetables using filtered water and cut into medium pieces.

  2. Cook in the pot. Add pumpkin, onion, garlic (and optional carrot) into your Classica® pot with water.

  3. Controlled cooking. Cover with the temp tone valve open. Once it sounds, close the valve and continue cooking on low heat until soft.

  4. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a blender or process until creamy.

  5. Season. Add salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.

  6. Serve and top. Serve warm and finish with croutons or sunflower seeds for texture.

Classica® Tips

  • The Classica® pot preserves nutrients and enhances natural flavor.

  • Add plant-based milk for extra creaminess if desired.

  • Texture matters: creamy soup + crunchy topping = perfect balance.
