    All you need are cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a fillet of tilapia. In less than 10 minutes, you'll have a Mediterranean-inspired dish that’s light, flavorful, and full of heart. Cooked in one pan, with perfect temperature control thanks to Classica®'s temp tone system — this is home cooking, elevated.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tilapia fillet (approx. 150–180 g / 5–6 oz)

    • 200 g (7 oz) red cherry tomatoes, halved

    • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

    • 3 tablespoons water

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Tip: A drizzle of olive oil at the end adds a beautiful finish.

     

Preparation

    1. Preheat your skillet. Set the heat to medium and place your Classica® skillet on the stove.

    2. Add the tomatoes. Place the cherry tomatoes and 3 tablespoons of water into the skillet.

    3. Layer the tilapia. Gently place the fillet on top of the tomatoes.

    4. Top with basil. Scatter the fresh basil leaves over the fish.

    5. Cover and cook. Place the Classica® lid on, leaving the temp tone valve open. Set a timer for 8 minutes.

    6. Lower the heat. Once the temp tone alerts you, reduce the heat to low.

    7. Seal and finish cooking. Close the valve and let it finish steaming. Turn off the heat after a few minutes.

    8. Open with ease. Open the valve to release pressure, then gently twist the lid sideways to open. Done!
